I am teaching from my home! 

 

I am thinking of you all during this time.  Hopeful intentional breathing and gentle movement can support you.  It would be great to see you virtually.  Kids, babies, housemates, dogs, cats invited!

All classes in Pacific Standard Time.

All classes offered virtually.

No pre-registration required.

Come for part of class or leave early as needed

Payment 

All classes are sliding scale $10-$20, except where otherwise noted. You can also do a class pass or monthly payment. Please let me know if you need financial assistance, no one turned away.

 

Morning Meditation

Mondays and Wednesdays

8:30-8:45am

Led meditation, intentional breathing and visualization to start the day.

Sundays - Mindful Flow

9:30-10:30 (ish)am

A class focused on energetic flow and warmth in the body, opening the spine, and finding balance.

Mondays - Restore and Renew

10-11am (in person option for BCC members, virtual only 6/28- 7/19)

Extra gentle yoga class starting in a chair.

Focus on mindfulness, breath, balance and resetting the nervous system.

Tuesdays - Prenatal Yoga Series

May 4th-June 8th 

4-5 (ish)pm

$90 for the series or $20/drop in

(sliding scale available).

Yoga and mindfulness for pregnancy supports the whole person.  A chance to check-in and care for the mind, body and heart weekly through breath, movement and meditation.  Tips shared throughout for mindfulness practices and ways to support the body in the day to day, birth, and parenting.
