I started a new job as the clinic manager of Fountain Project Health and Wellness Center, a free integrative clinic in Richmond, Ca.

MONDAY

Restore and Renew

Extra gentle yoga class starting in a chair. Focus on mindfulness, breath, balance and resetting the nervous system. 

TUESDAY

Morning Meditation

8:30-9am     Virtual     zoom link ID: 637 657 900  
Short check in, gentle movement, breathing techniques, imagery, chanting.
Sliding scale-$5-10/class (or pay by the month)

Postnatal Yoga 

12:30pm Berkeley Yoga Center

Yoga and mindfulness for postnatal students.  A gentle movement and breath practice in support of finding space, strength and ease in the body, mind, and heart. A time to connect with yourself, your baby, and other parents. Mindfulness for everyday life is a part of each class. Bring a tarp for under your mat and plenty of layers, will cancel for rain.

Prenatal 
4:30pm     Berkeley Yoga Center     Outdoors in warm months

Yoga and mindfulness for pregnancy; supports the whole person.  A chance to check-in and care for the mind, body and heart weekly through breath, movement and meditation.  Tips shared throughout for mindfulness practices and ways to support the body in the day to day, birth, and parenting.
